| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腰椎间盘突出症 (lumbardischeniationsyndrome ,LDHS)的正确治疗方法。方法 回顾分析 3 0 0例治疗的临床资料 ,总结腰椎间盘突出症保守治疗、手术治疗方法。结果 2 72例经过正规系统保守治疗 ,疗效优良 ,2 8例经过“稳定性开窗法”等手术治愈。结论 腰椎间盘突出症病人强调首选正规保守治疗 ,必要时应积极手术治疗

| Abstract: | Objective To realize the synd ro me of lumbar intervertebral disc heniation correctly and master the right treatm ent.Methods The clinical materials of 300 cases of lumbar inter vertebral disc henination were summarized.The treatment included conservative an d operational methods.Results A total of 272 cases were treated with the strict and conservative methods,whose curative effect was excellent.Tw enty eight cases were cured by means of stable fenestration.Conclusion The first choice to the patients with LDHS is the conservative treatme nt.If necessary,the operation could be chosed actively. |
