| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白2（IGFBP-2）在胃癌腹膜转移组织中的表达。方法：对35例外科切除胃癌标本的正常黏膜、肿瘤原发灶和腹膜转移灶进行IGFBP-2蛋白的免疫组化染色,并用计算机图像分析软件测定其积分光密度。结果：肿瘤原发灶中IGFBP-2蛋白表达水平比正常黏膜明显增高（P〈0.05）,腹膜转移灶中IGFBP-2蛋白表达较原发灶显著下调（P〈0.05）;正常黏膜与腹膜转移灶中IGFBP-2蛋白表达水平之间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：IGFBP-2蛋白表达水平与胃癌细胞的生长呈正相关,而与腹膜转移程度呈负相关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the expression of IGFBP-2 protein in gastric cancer peritoneal metastasis tissues.Methods: The immunohistochemical expression of IGFBP-2 protein was measured by image analysis in 35 surgically resected specimens of gastric cancer(include normal mucosa,primary tumors and peritoneal metastases).Results: The expression of IGFBP-2 protein in gastric primary tumor tissues was significantly higher than that in normal mucosa(P<0.05).The significantly down-regulation was observed in the peritonea... |
