癌症患者抑郁的相关因素调查

目的 探讨癌症患者抑郁的相关因素.方法 应用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、相关因素调查表对化疗与放疗各180例癌症患者进行评定.结果 化疗患者抑郁焦虑均值明显高于放疗患者(P＜0.01),影响因素的前7位是经济费用、治疗效果、副作用、处理能力下降、家庭责任未尽、疼痛影响、医学知识缺乏.结论 针对癌症化疗患者存在抑郁、焦虑等影响健康的心理问题及相关因素进行对症护理干预,促进患者生理和心理健康的同期康复.

Related depressed factor survey for the patients suffered from cancer

Objective The exploration of related depressed factor of the patients suffered from cancer.Methods To use 180 cases of patients suffered from cancer for the chemotherapy,SDS,SAS and related factor survey form to assess the related situation.Results The patients suffered from depressed for the chemotherapy consideration average value is(P＜0.01)higher than the patients in the chemotherapy evidently so as to have affection factor 1 isted in the first 7 digits,such as,economic fee,treatment affect and side-affect,treatment ability reduction and family duty under performance,pain affection,medical knowledge shortage.Conclusion Focusing on the patients suffered from the cancer for the chemotherapy to exist the physiological problems of depressed and anxiety and other factors of health affection and related factor for the interference of the nursing to the symptom accordingly so as to improve the patients to be recovered at the same period in the physiological and psychological health.
