| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年人工髋关节置换术的护理方法。方法:对52例采用人工髋关节置换术的老年性病人术前进行心理护理及对症护理,术后加强病情观察,预防并发症护理,基础护理等。结果:52例病人无一并发症发生。结论:综合护理能明显减少老年人工髋关节置换术后的并发症,提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the nursing of the olds undergoing artifitial total hip arthroplasty.Method: 52 cases were performed mental care and basic nursing according to the features of patients before operation,and prevent syndrome nursing,basic nursing after operation.Result: All of patients have no syndrome.Conclusion: Synthetical nursing can obviously reduce postoperative syndrome of artifitial total hip arthroplasty and improve the effect of the operation. |
