四种肝脏吸虫蛋白质盘电泳和等电聚焦的比较分析

本文应用盘状电泳和等电聚焦分析了4种肝脏吸虫成虫的可溶性蛋白质。肝片吸虫、华枝睾吸虫、东方次睾吸虫、台湾次睾吸虫的盘状电泳结果区带数分别为20、18、18和15条,主带数分别为5、4、8和5条;等电聚焦结果区带数分别为28、22、24和24条,主带数分别为10、3、7和7条。蛋白电泳结果显示,东方次睾吸虫和台湾次睾吸虫为两个独立虫种。用数量分类学的相似率表示四种吸虫蛋白电泳谱的相似程度,结果显示东方次睾吸虫和台湾次睾吸虫最为相似,亲缘关系最近。

COMPARATIVE PROTEIN ANALYSIS OF FOUR SPECIES OF LIVER FLUKES USING ELECTROPHORESIS AND ISOELECTRIC FOCUSING

The adult worm soluble proteins of four species of liver flukes were analyzed using disc electrophoresis (DE) and isoelectric focusing (IEF). The numbers of bands distinguished by DE for Fasciola hepatica (Fh), Clonorchis sinensis (Cs), Metorchis orientalis (Mo), and Metorchis taiwanensis (Mt) were 20, 18, 18 and 15 respectively and the numbers of prominent bands were 5, 4, 8 and 5 respectively; the numbers of bands distinguished by IEF were 28, 22, 24 and 24 respectively and the numbers of prominent bands were 10, 3, 7 and 7 respectively. It was shown in electrophoretic patterns that Mo and Mt are two valid species. A method of numerical taxonomy, percentage of similarity, was used to express the degree of similarity in protein patterns of different species. It was shown that Mo and Mt were most similar and their relationship was nearest.
