布法灵体外透皮试验

目的：以蟾酥灵定量分析布法灵对皮肤的通透性及透皮吸收规律。方法：用紫外分光光度法测定了布法灵的透皮吸收量和吸收率。结果：布法灵体外皮肤吸收速度与浓度和时间之间均有依赖关系；吸收速度随时间的延长而由快变慢、高浓度大于低浓度。结论：布法灵外涂给药能通透皮肤屏障，从而发挥镇痛作用。

Percutaneous Experiment of Bufalin in Vitro

Objective: To quantitatively analyze the permeability through skin and absorption rule in vitro of Bufaling in bufalin as a marker. Methods: Percutanous absorption amount and rate were detemined by UV spectrometry at 298nm. Results: There are dependent relationship among percutanous absorption rate of Bufaling in vitro and concentration and time. Absorption rate changes from fast to slow as time goes on, and absorption rate of high concentration is faster than that of low concentration. Conclusion: Bufaling (external use) can exert analgesic effect through the skin barrier.
