| 摘 要： | 脑卒中后认知障碍（PSCI）是卒中后常见的功能障碍之一，严重影响卒中后患者的康复和预后。因此针对脑卒中后认知障碍进行及时有效的治疗尤为重要。越来越多的临床研究表明中西医联合康复治疗PSCI效果更好。从PSCI的主要常见类型综述脑卒中后认知障碍的中西医康复治疗进展，以期为PSCI的治疗提供新的思路和参考依据。

| Abstract: | Post-stroke cognitive impairment (PSCI) is one of the common dysfunctions after stroke, which seriously affects the recovery and prognosis in patients after stroke. Therefore, timely and effective treatment of cognitive impairment after stroke is particularly important.More and more clinical studies have shown that the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine has a better effect on PSCI.This article reviews the progress of traditional Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation for post-stroke cognitive impairment from the main common types of PSCI, with a view to providing new ideas and reference for the treatment of PSCI. |
