探讨疼痛全程化护理管理在晚期癌痛患者中的应用效果

目的 探讨疼痛全程化护理管理在晚期癌痛患者中的应用效果。方法 选择2018年2月~2019年2月我院收治的晚期癌痛患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组给予行常规护理,观察组给予疼痛全程化护理管理,比较两组BPI评分、药依从性及生活质量评分。结果 干预后,观察组BPI评分为(21.6±3.5)分,低于对照组的(30.4±2.0)分,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组用药依从性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；干预后观察组生活质量评分为(79.5±3.8)分,高于对照组的(61.4±6.9)分,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 疼痛全程化护理管理有助于缓解晚期癌痛患者的疼痛程度,提升患者用药依从性,改善患者生活质量。

Application of whole-course pain care management in patients with advanced cancer

Objective To explore the effects of application of whole-course pain care management in patients with advanced cancer. Methods A total of 70 patients were selected between February 2018 and February 2019, and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 35 patients in each group. The control group received routine treatment, and the experimental group received whole-course pain care management. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results BPI score in the experimental group and in the control group was 21.6±3.5 and 21.6±3.5, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Number of patients with better drug compliance was 29 and 17, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Quality of life score was 79.5±3.8 and 61.4±6.9, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The whole-course pain care management can effectively alleviate the pain of patients with advanced cancer, improve the medication compliance and quality of life of patients, and has good clinical application value.
