| 摘 要： | 文章甄选出4组应用于脑病的化浊对穴，针刺曲泽-委中结合刺血疗法治疗缺血性中风、针刺劳宫-涌泉治疗癫痫、针刺神门-太溪治疗失眠以及针刺百会-大钟治疗缺血性痴呆，并在血浊理论指导下对其机制进行探析，以期对脑病的治疗提供思路，提高疗效。

| Abstract: | In this paper,four groups of paired acupoints with the function of eliminating turbidity were selected to treat ischemic stroke by acupuncture quze-weizhong combined with pricking blood therapy,epilepsy by acupuncture laogong-yongquan,insomnia by acupuncture shenmen-taixi and ischemic dementia by acupuncture baihui-dazhong,and the mechanism was explored under the guidance of blood turbidity theory,in order to provide ideas for the treatment of encephalopathy and improve the curative effect.
