| 摘 要： | 滑膜肉瘤是具有向不同程度上皮分化的间叶组织来源恶性肿瘤，好发于四肢远端或关节旁，原发于脊柱旁病例少见。本文报道一例罕见的青年女性腰骶椎旁滑膜肉瘤，MRI上病变信号不均匀，有分隔，侵犯周围骨质，邻近椎间孔、骶孔扩大。本文旨在通过病例分析和文献复习加强对该疾病的影像学特征的认识并指导临床诊疗。

| Abstract: | Synovial sarcoma is a malignant tumor derived from mesenchymal tissue with varies degrees of epithelial differentiation. It often occurs in the distal extremities or adjacent to joints, seldom occurs para-spinal. This article reports a rare case of paralumbosacral synovial sarcoma in an youth female. MRI images shows a heterogeneous signal mass without septum invades the surrounding bone, and the adjacent intervertebral foramen and sacral foramen are enlarged. The purpose of this article is to help the doctors to acquire a better understanding of synovial sarcoma imaging features and guide clinical diagnosis and treatment by the case analysis and literature review. |
