脂必泰对冠心病脂质代谢及斑块稳态临床指标的影响

摘    要:目的:临床观察脂必泰对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)脂质代谢及斑块稳定性相关临床指标的影响。方法:将141例冠心病患者随机分成脂必泰组和对照组,两组均予以冠心病规范化药物治疗,治疗组加用脂必泰胶囊,分别在第3、6个月时对比治疗前后脂质代谢、斑块稳态因素差异及主要心血管不良事件发生率。结果:脂必泰组治疗后甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、脂蛋白(a)指标较对照组有明显改善(P < 0.05),且脂必泰组同型半胱氨酸、纤维蛋白原、糖化血红蛋白水平明显降低(P < 0.05),两组治疗前后主要心血管事件发生率差异无统计学意义,未见明显肝损伤。结论:脂必泰参与冠心病药物规范治疗能明显改善冠心病脂质代谢,有利于维持斑块稳定状态,且不增加肝脏代谢负担。

Effect of Zhi Bi Tai Capsule on Lipid Metabolism and Plaque Instability with Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract:Objective: To analyze the effect of Zhi Bi Tai lipid metabolism and plaque instability with coronary heart disease. Method: 141 patients were divided into two groups randomly. Both groups were given standard drug treatments of coronary heart disease, though adding Zhi Bi Tai-capsule for the treatment group. After 3 and 6 months, compared the clinical index of lipid metabolism, plaque instability and major adverse cardiovascular events between the two groups. Results: After treatment, triglycerides, total cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and lipoprotein (a) in zhibitai group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group.In the treatment group, homocysteine, fibrinogen and glycosylated hemoglobin were significantly reduced. There was no significant difference in the incidence of major cardiovascular events between the two groups before and after treatment, and no significant liver damage was found. Conclusion: With Zhi Bi Tai-capsule, it was significant improved in lipid metabolism and plaque instability with coronary heart disease and non-side effect in liver metabolism.
