烧伤创疡再生医疗技术治疗电烧伤的临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨分析烧伤创疡再生医疗技术治疗电烧伤创面的临床疗效。方法给予2012年3月至2019年10月静海区中医医院烧伤科收治的115例电烧伤患者抗休克、抗感染等全身综合治疗的同时,局部创面应用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗,观察治疗效果。结果 115例患者均痊愈出院,创面愈合时间为10~90 d,其中,8例行钻孔术治疗的骨外露患者中有3例患者创面仅采用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗后即在短期内愈合,13例肌腱坏死、8例肌腱外露患者创面均于湿润烧伤膏换药治疗后在短期内愈合,其余患者创面均于皮瓣移植或植皮封闭后愈合。结论烧伤创疡再生医疗技术可有效促进电烧伤创面愈合,疗效显著,且操作简便,临床应用价值较高。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of electric burns. Methods One hundred and fifteen patients with electric burns, admitted to the Burn Department of Jinghai District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2012 to October 2019, were selected as research subjects. In addition to systemic comprehensive treatments, the dressing change with MEBO was performed on the local wounds. The treatment effect was observed. Results All the 115 patients were cured and discharged from the hospital. The wound healing time was 10 to 90 days. The wounds of 3 patients out of the 8 patients with bone exposure who underwent drilling treatment were healed within a short period of dressing change simply with MEBO. 13 patients with tendon necrosis and 8 patients with exposed tendons had their wounds healed within a short period of time after dressing change with MEBO. The wounds of all the other patients were healed after skin flap transplantation or skin grafting. Conclusion MEBT/MEBO can effectively promote the wound healing of electric burns. The approach is easy to use and has marked curative effect in treating patients with electric burns, presenting a high value of clinical application.
