绩效管理认可度与社区卫生人员工作满意度的关系研究

摘    要:目的:考察绩效管理认可度、组织支持感对社区卫生人员工作满意度的影响机制。方法:采用自制绩效管理认可度题目、组织支持感量表、工作满意度量表对980名社区卫生服务中心的工作人员进行问卷调查。结果:绩效管理认可度对社区卫生人员的工作满意度具有显著的正向预测作用(P0.001),组织支持感部分中介了绩效管理认可度与工作满意度之间的关系。结论:社区卫生人员对绩效管理认可度越高,感受到的组织支持度就越高,从而带来工作满意度的提高。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the impact of performance management recognition and organizational support on the job satisfaction of community healthcare personnel. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among 980 personnel of community health service centers using self-established performance management recognition questions, organizational support scale, and job satisfaction scale. Results: The performance management recognition had a significant positive predictive effect on community healthcare personnel''s job satisfaction (P<0.001), and the relationship between the performance management recognition and job satisfaction was mediated by the organizational support. Conclusion: The higher the community healthcare personnel''s performance management recognition, the higher the degree of organizational support they experience, which will lead to increased job satisfaction.
