新冠肺炎定点医院非感染患儿住院期间防控管理策略

总结了新冠肺炎定点收治医院非感染患儿住院防控管理策略。包括:调整病区布局、优化就诊流程、完善入院评估、实行病区门禁管理、加强人员管理及加强病区环境的清洁、消毒等。武汉儿童医院于2020年1月23日—3月15日,在门诊成功初筛疑似/确诊新冠肺炎患儿23例,入院前再次筛查疑似/确诊新冠肺炎患儿2例;病房非新冠肺炎住院患儿共102例,其中新收住院患儿58例,原有住院患儿44例;住院期间,患儿、陪护家属、医护人员、清洁员及送餐员均实现"零感染"。

Prevention, Control and Management Strategies during the Hospitalization of Non-infected Children in Designated COVID-19 Hospitals

Since the outbreak of new severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus2(SAS-CoV2) in Wuhan , Hubei Province in late December 2019, Wuhan Children"s Hospital has been the only designated hospital for children with SAS-COV2 in Wuhan. In order to meet the hospitalization needs of children without SAS-COV2,we integrated three departments of nephropathy, neurology and rheumatic immunity as one ward for the treatment of children with other sever chronic or acute diseases. By strict selecting the indications of admission certificates, conducting CT and nucleic acid testing, and implementing prevention and control hospital-acquired infection,till 24:00 on March 2nd, 23 suspected / confirmed SAS-COV2 patients with specialty problem were initially screened in the outpatient clinic, and 2 suspected / confirmed patients were screened again before admission. During the epidemic ,102 children, more than 150 accompanying care-givers, 28 medical staffs and 3 social workers were managed ,none of whom were infected.
