传染病暴发后不同时期各类人群的心理反应及启示

流行传染病已成为公共卫生安全的重大威胁因素。本文回顾以往研究结果，以疫情发生的时间为线索梳理传染病大爆发对医护人员、患者和大众三类人群所造成的心理影响，探究不良心理反应的危险性和保护性因素，为疫情爆发后的心理研究和疏导工作提供参考。研究结果提示,接下来应开展多中心、大规模的追踪调查、重视传染病污名化和网络舆论的影响以及疫情后积极心理品质的变化，并在心理干预工作中充分利用危险性和保护性因素的研究成果。

Psychological responses of various populations during different periods of infectious disease outbreak and its enlightenment

Infectious diseases have become a major threat to public health security. This paper reviews the previous research results, taking the time of the outbreak as a clue, combs the psychological impact caused by the outbreak of infectious diseases, explores the risk and protective factors of adverse psychological reactions, and provides reference for the psychological research and counseling work after the outbreak. The results suggested that we should carry out multicentre and large-scale follow-up investigation, pay attention to the influence of the stigma of infectious diseases and Internet public opinion, and the change of positive psychological quality after the epidemic, and make full use of the research results of risk and protective factors in psychological intervention.
