摘    要:胎盘植入为产科危重并发症之一,其发病率呈逐年上升趋势,严重影响围产期母婴预后结局。胎盘植入程度不同,预后结局大不相同,因此产前及时诊断胎盘植入及植入类型,从而采取相应的终止妊娠方式至关重要。目前超声及MRI影像学检查技术不断完善,临床上产前诊断的应用范围不断扩大,诊断胎盘植入程度的准确性有所提高。本文就影像学检查对胎盘植入产前诊断及其类型鉴别的准确性方面的相关研究进行综述。

Abstract:Placenta accreta is one of the critical complications of obstetric care, and its incidence is on the rise year by year, which seriously affects the prognostic outcome of the mother and infant in the perinatal period. The prognosis outcome is quite different based on degree of placenta accreta. Therefore, prenatal diagnosis of placenta accreta and its type is very important to adopt the corresponding method for termination of pregnancy. At present, with the continuous improvement of ultrasound and MRI imaging examination techniques, the application scope of prenatal diagnosis in clinical practice is constantly expanding and there is a tendency of improvement in the diagnostic accuracy of placental accreta. This article reviews the studies on the accuracy of imaging examination in prenatal diagnosis of placental accreta and its type identification.
