摘    要:目的 探讨正颌外科术前快速原型(RP)-石膏复合性模型的制作方法并评价其精确性。 方法 对RP模型进行标记,然后在牙弓石膏模型的相应位置标记,去除RP模型上的牙弓,利用面弓进行嫁接,按等比例替换三维头颅模型的牙弓,组成RP-石膏复合性模型。测量RP-石膏复合性模型、患者本体及术前RP模型从眉弓中点至颏前点的垂直距离及眶下缘中点至颏下点的垂直距离,并进行统计学分析。 结果 RP-石膏复合性模型标记线精确对位,能较精确复制患者的面部硬组织外貌特征及精确的咬合关系。 结论 RP-石膏复合性模型可用于正颌术前的模型外科,对模拟正颌手术具有较高的可信度。

Abstract:ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the methods of making RP-plaster complex model before orthognathic surgery and evaluate its precision. Methods The RP model and the corresponding position in the dental arch plaster model were marked. Then the arch was removed from the RP model. To form the RP-plaster model complexes, we utilized facebow to transfer proportional arch plaster model into RP model. Three vertical distances from eyebrows midpoint to pogonion and infraorbital midpoint to gnathion were measured for further statistical analysis, involving RP-plaster complex model, the patient, and RP model before orthognathic surgery. Results Accurate alignment of RP-plaster complex model markers could more accurately copy the patient''s facial hard features and precise occlusion. Conclusion RP-plaster complex model can be used in preoperative orthognathic surgery and is reliable for surgical simulation.
