| 摘 要： | 腰痛是腰部疾病中常见的临床症状之一，中医手法对于腰痛的镇痛研究在近几年取得了较好的成果，为研究中医手法治疗腰痛的镇痛机制和探索科学的研究方法提供了基础，目前已有多种动物模型应用于腰痛的研究，主要有CCD、SNL、ELFS和佐剂注射等神经病理痛和慢性炎性痛模型。通过比较分析4种腰痛动物模型，归纳其造模方式特点与临床应用，以期为今后实验研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | Low back pain (LBP) is one of the common clinical symptoms in waist diseases. The research on the analgesia of low back pain by Chinese manipulation has made good achievements in recent years， providing a basis for studying the analgesic mechanism of Chinese manipulation treatment of low back pain and exploring scientific research methods. Currently， several animal models have been applied to low back pain research，mainly including neuropathic pain and chronic inflammation pain such as CCD， SNL， ELFS， and adjuvant injection model.The author compared and analyzed four animal models of low back pain， and summarized the characteristics of the modeling methods and clinical application， in order to provide reference for future experimental research. |
