细胞生物学实验方法在创面修复研究中的应用

创面修复是一个复杂的、连续的涉及多种特定细胞行为、形态、结构和功能的生物学变化过程,寻求科学合理的实验方法对深入探究创面修复机制具有重要意义。细胞生物学作为生命科学的四大基础学科之一,不仅能够研究创面修复过程中表皮细胞增殖、分化等的生物学行为,而且还可通过不同信号通路及其交互作用研究某种药物或技术在创面修复过程中的分子生物学作用机制,为部分医疗技术的临床应用提供理论依据。本研究对细胞生物学实验方法在创面修复研究中的应用进行了综述,以期为慢性难愈合创面的临床治疗提供参考。

Application of Cytobiological Experimental Methods in the Study of Wound Repair

Wound repair is a complex and continuous biological process involving the behaviors, morphologies, structures and functions of a variety of specific cells, and thus it is of great importance to find scientific and reasonable experimental methods for the in-depth research on the mechanism of wound repair. Cytobiology, as one of the four basic disciplines of life science, can study not only the biological behaviors of epidermal cells such as proliferation and differentiation during the wound repair process, but also the biological action of mechanism of some drug or technology through different signal pathways and their interactions, providing theoretical basis for the clinical application of some medical technologies. This study made a review on the application of cytobiological experimental methods in the study of wound repair, with the aim of providing reference for the clinical treatment of chronic non-healing wounds.
