| 摘 要： | 目的：观察改良三通疗法治疗脑卒中后的临床疗效。方法：将118例符合纳入标准的病例随机分为观察组58列、对照组60例。两组患者根据病情给予常规药物对症治疗,观察组采用改良三通疗法治疗,对照组采用现代康复治疗,分别观察两组治疗总疗效、治疗前后VAS、Fugl-Meyer评分。结果：观察组总有效率(89.66%)与对照组总有效率(78.33%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者VAS、FMA评分与本组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组VAS评分治疗前后差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组FMA评分治疗前后差值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：观察组疗效优于对照组,且在改善VAS评分上优于对照组。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of shoulder pain after stroke by improved Santong Method.Methods 118 cases included in the standard were randomly divided into treatment group 58 cases and control group 60 cases,two groups adopt conventional dehydration and nerve nutrition treatment, observation group treated with improved Santong Method, the contol group used modern rehabilitation treatment, observe the total curative effect, the two groups before and after treatment respectively VAS,FMA score.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(89.66%) was compared with that of the control group(78.33%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).VAS scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in FMA scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of observation group was better than that of control group,and the improvement of VAS score was better than that of control group. |
