| 摘 要： | 目的探讨内异康复栓对大鼠异位子宫内膜细胞相关凋亡基因Bcl-2／Bax蛋白的影响。方法建立大鼠子宫内膜异位症模型，取各组异位子宫内膜组织固定、切片，采用免疫组化法检测凋亡相关基因Bcl-2／Bax蛋白表达和相互关系。结果内异康复栓与模型组相比，Bcl-2蛋白的表达明显下降（P〈0．01），Bax蛋白的表达明显增加（P〈0．01）。结论内异康复栓治疗子宫内膜异位症可能是通过Bcl-2／Bax途径诱导异位子宫内膜细胞凋亡，应用于临床效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of Neiyikangfu Suppository on expression of Bel-2/Bax in ectopic endometrium of rats. Methods The model of endometriosis was established in rats and the ectopic endometrial tissue in every group was collected, fixed and sliced. The expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in ectopic endometrium was detected by immunohistochemical staining with specific monoclonal antibodies. Results Compared with model group, the expression of Bcl-2 protein was obviously deceased （P 〈0.01 ） and the expression of Bax protein was significantly increased in Neiyikangfu Suppository group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Neiyikangfu Suppository has the therapeutic effect on endometriosis by regulating the expression of apoptosis-revelant gene Bax/Bcl-2. |
