| 摘 要： | 目的探讨实施有效的护理干预措施对降低新生儿病房轮状病毒肠炎院内感染率的效果。方法对观察组670例新生儿疾病实施护理干预措施：人科前筛查轮状病毒、按病种分室收治原则、加强医护人员和床旁检查医技人员及护工手卫生的依从性、切断传播途径、控制腹泻蔓延、合理喂养等；对照组670例予常规护理措施。比较两组患儿轮状病毒肠炎医院感染的发生率。结果实施护理干预措施后降低了新生儿病房轮状病毒肠炎医院感染的发生（P〈0．05）。结论实施护理干预对降低新生儿病房轮状病毒医院感染率肴明显效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the efficacy of nursing interventions to reduce the rotavirus enteritis nosocomial infection in neonatal ward.Methods The nursing interventions of observation group with 670 cases: screening rotavirus enteritis prior to admission;put them separated room;Strengthen hand hygiene;Cut off the transmission ways;Control diarrhea spreaded;Reasonable feeding and so on.Routine care in control group with 670 cases.Compare rotavirus enteritis nosocomial infection rate between two groups.Results The rotavirus enteritis nosocomial infection rate of observation group was lower than control group.Conclusion Nursing intervention measures can reduce the rotavirus enteritis nosocomial infection rate in neonatal ward. |
