针刺等综合疗法治疗周围性面瘫的疗效

目的]观察针刺等综合疗法治疗周围性面瘫的疗效。方法]以我院收治的70例周围性面瘫患者为实验对象,所有患者均接受针刺等综合性治疗,对比分析不同面瘫程度患者的临床治疗效果。结果]经过综合性的临床治疗,所有患者的面瘫症状均有所改善,其中,63例痊愈,4例显效,2例好转,1例无效,总有效率为98.60%。结论]针刺等综合治疗对周围性面瘫,具有较为理想的临床治疗效果,特别是轻度面瘫患者,因而临床应用价值较高。

The Comprehensive Therapy of Acupuncture Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis Curative Effect

Objective]To probe into the effect of acupuncture treatment on peripheral facial paralysis curative effect.Methods]The hospital treated 70 cases of peripheral facial paralysis as the experimental object,all the patients were treated with acupuncture comprehensive treatment,comparative analysis of different extent of the patient’s clinical effect in the treatment of facial paralysis.Results]After a comprehensive clinical treatment,all patients with symptoms of facial paralysis were improved,among them,63 cases were cured,4 cases,2 cases improved,1 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 98.60%.Conclusion]The results of the experiment show that,the acupuncture therapy on peripheral facial paralysis,has ideal therapeutic effect,particularly mild paralysis patients,and clinical application value.
