| 摘 要： | 目的:观察自拟健脑汤治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法:将126例患者随机分为两组,治疗组76例采用健脑汤治疗,对照组50例给予哈伯因口服。结果:两组治疗两个月后改良长谷川痴呆量表评分均高于治疗前(P0.01),治疗组治疗后改良长谷川痴呆量表评分差值亦显著高于对照组(P0.01),统计学分析有显著性差异。结论:健脑汤治疗血管性痴呆有一定疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy the Jiannao decoction in treating vascular dementia.126 patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group(76 cases)were treated with the Jiannao decoction,control group(50 cases)were given Huperzine A oral.Results:The modified hasegawa dementia scale scores were higher than before treatment(P<0.01)after two months,the Hasegawa dementia scale scores of the treatment group was significantly higher(P<0.01),statistical analysis showed significant differences.Conclusion:The Jiannao decoction has a certain effect. |
