来曲唑与克罗米芬用于多囊卵巢综合征促排卵疗效研究

目的比较来曲唑(LE)与克罗米芬(CC)促排卵作用及妊娠结局。方法选择60例多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分成两组,LE组28例,CC组32例。于月经周期第3～5 d分别服用LE与CC,观察LE与CC对卵泡发育及子宫内膜的影响。结果出现优势卵泡LE组24例,CC组12例,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。单卵泡发育LE组23例,CC组4例,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)注射日子宫内膜平均厚度LE组(8.33±1.94)mm,CC组(5.82±1.53)mm,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论 LE促排卵效果明显优于CC,且LE组单卵泡发生率明显高于CC组,有效降低了多卵泡发育、卵巢过度刺激综合征和多胎妊娠的发生率。

Research on the ovulation induction effect of letrozole and clomiphene citrate in polycystic ovary syndrome

[Objective]To compare the effect of letrozole(LE) and clomiphene citrate(CC) on ovulation induction and pregnancy outcome.[Methods]60 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,28 cases in LE group and 32 cases in CC group.The patients of two groups were respectively given LE and CC on the 3rd-5th day of menstrual cycle,and the effect of LE and CC on follicular development and endometrium was observed.[Results]24 cases in LE group and 12 cases in CC group had dominant follicle,and the difference was significant(P<0.01).24 cases in LE group and 4 cases in CC group had monofollicle development,and the difference was significant(P<0.01).The average endometrial thickness on the day of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG) injection of LE group and CC group was respectively(8.33±1.94) mm(5.82±1.53) mm,and the difference was significant(P<0.01).[Conclusion]The effect of LE on ovulation induction is obviously superior to that of CC,and incidence of monofollicle development in LE group is significantly higher than that in group CC.LE can effectively reduce the incidence of multi-follicle development,ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome and multifetal pregnancy.
