心理护理对小儿咽部手术全麻恢复期影响的临床研究

目的探讨心理护理干预在小儿咽部手术全麻恢复期的临床效果。方法 90例拟行咽部手术的围术期患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组予心理护理,对照组予常规护理;观察两组患儿血流动力学变化、术后清醒程度评分、安静状态评分以及并发症情况。结果两组术后3min及5min平均动脉压及心率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后清醒程度评分及安静状态评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后并发症发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在围术期应用心理护理干预,能有效预防小儿咽部术后并发症的发生,使其安全地度过全麻恢复期,确保手术安全,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Study on Effect of Psychological Nursing of Children with Throat Surgery at General Anesthesia Recovery Period

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of psychological nursing of children with throat surgery at general anesthesia recovery period.Methods Ninety perioperative children scheduled for throat surgery were randomly divided into treatment group(psychological nursing) and control group(routine nursing).The hemodynamic changes,postoperative consciousness scores,resting state scores and the complications in the two groups were observed.Results There were statistical significant difference in mean arterial pressure and heart rate between the two groups 3 min and 5 min after surgery(P <0.05).There were statistical significant difference in consciousness score and resting state score between the two groups after surgery(P <0.05).There were statistically significant difference in complication rate between the two groups(P <0.05).Conclusions Psychological nursing applied at perioperative period can prevent the postoperative complications of children with throat surgery effectively and ensure the safety of operation,which is worthy of clinical application.
