南通市HIV抗体筛查阳性标本的确认结果分析

目的:通过对HIV抗体筛查(ELISA)阳性标本进行确认试验(WB),分析两者之间的关系。方法:按照《全国艾滋病检测技术规范》(2009版)的检测方法和要求,对南通市250例HIV抗体ELISA标本采用WB进行确认。结果:250例HIV抗体筛查阳性标本中,221例(88.4%)确认为HIV-1抗体阳性,22例(8.8%)为HIV抗体不确定,7例(2.8%)为HIV抗体阴性。阳性确认标本中,gp160、gp120、p66、p51、gp41、p31、p24的出现率均在90%以上,p55、p39和p17的出现率相对较低,分别为41.63%、37.56%、83.26%;不确定标本中,p24的出现率最高,为77.27%,其次是p160,为63.64%。结论:S/CO值越高,阳性确认率亦相应升高,但不能以此作为判别阳性的依据。对于不确定标本,除了加强随访外,还应积极寻求一种新的替代确认策略。

Analysis of the reconfirmation test results of positive samples for HIV antibody screening test in Nantong

Objective:To analyze the relationship between the screening test and the reconfirmation test for HIV antibody-positive specimens.Methods: According to "National HIV/AIDS Test Technical Criterion"(2009 version),a total of 250 HIV antibody positive serum samples were reconfirmed by using WB.Results: Of the 250 samples,221 samples(88.4%) were reconfirmed as HIV-1 antibody positive,22(8.8%) as indeterminate and 7(2.8%) as HIV negative.Among all the positive samples,the occurrence rates of gp160,gp120,p66,p51,gp41,p31,p24 were over 90%.Relatively,the lower occurrence rates of p55,p39,p17 were 41.63%,37.56%,83.26%.Among the indeterminate samples,p24 had the highest occurrence rate(77.27%),followed by p160(63.64%).Conclusion: The positive rates became more higher correspondingly with the higher S/CO values,but it could not be used as a basis for positive discrimination.It is necessary that the indeterminate samples should be strengthened follow-up visit,at the same time,a new alternative reconfirmation strategy should be found.
