肝炎灵注射液联合拉米夫定对慢性乙型肝炎疗效和免疫功能的影响

目的探讨肝炎灵注射液联合拉米夫定对慢性乙型肝炎疗效和免疫功能的影响。方法 60例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用拉米夫定治疗,观察组采用肝炎灵注射液联合拉米夫定,观察治疗3个月后两组患者的疗效、丙氨酸转氨酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶、总胆红质(ALT、AST、TBIL)和免疫功能(CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8)的变化。结果治疗3个月后,观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组的ALT、AST、TBIL浓度显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);而CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8变化明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论肝炎灵注射液联合拉米夫定有效提高慢性乙型肝炎的疗效和改善患者的免疫功能。

Effect of Ganyanling injection combined with lamivudine on curative effect and immune function of patients with chronic hepatitis B

Objective]To study the effect of Ganyanling injection combined with lamivudine on curative effect and immune function of patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods]60 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with lamivudine,and the observation group received Ganyanling injection combined with lamivudine.The therapeutic effect,levels of ALT,AST and TBIL,and immune function(CD4,CD8 and CD4/CD8) were observed in two groups after 3 months of treatment. Results]After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(96.67%) was higher than that in the control group(80.00%) significantly(P<0.05).The concentrations of ALT,AST and TBIL of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The changes of CD4,CD8 and CD4/CD8 of the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion]Ganyanling injection combined with lamivudine can significantly increase the curative effect of chronic hepatitis B and improve the immune function of patients.
