Laparoscopic surgery has been quickly and extensively applied in different clinical departments due to its features of short hospitalization time,fast recovery and light pain etc..At the same time,more and more attention has been paid to the effect of laparoscopic surgery on immune function.Here is to make a review on the recent published literature of laparoscopy surgery and the cellular,humoral immune responses and oxidative stress and pneumoperitoneum influence.
