临床路径思维在急诊危重病人转运评估中的应用

目的探讨将临床路径的思维方式用于急诊危重病人转运评估，减少转运不良事件发生率。方法将改进后的转运评估单运用于急诊危重病人的转运评估上，并与改进前比较，比较两组转运不良事件发生率及科室满意率。结果改进后危重病人转运不良事件明显低于改进前，科室满意率明显提高。结论将临床路径的思维方式应用于危重病人转运评估可以完善评估内容，规范评估方法和转运交接流程，有助于提高危重病人在院内转运的安全性。

The application of clinical pathway to evaluate the transport of emergent and critical patients

Objective To apply the thinking methods of clinical pathway to evaluate the transport of critical patients in emergency in order to decline the incidence of adverse events and medical tangle in transport procedure. Methods The revised assessment scale was used. The incidence of adverse events and satisfaction with department were compared between before and after using revised scale. Results After applications of revised assessment scale, the incidence of adverse events significantly declined while the satisfaction rate increased dramatically. Conclusions Applying clinical pathway to evaluate the transport of critical patients in emergency can improve the contents in evaluation, standardize the evaluation and referral process, and enhance the safety for critical patients.
