西藏胡黄连的化学成分

摘    要: 目的对中药西藏胡黄连(Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora)体积分数95%乙醇提取物的化学成分进行研究。方法采用反复硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法进行分离,根据化合物的理化性质、波谱分析及与文献报道对照鉴定化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到8个化合物,其结构鉴定为11-O-(4′-甲氧基没食子酰基)-岩白菜素(1)、11-O-没食子酰基岩白菜素(2)、岩白菜素(3)、熊果苷(4)、草夹竹桃苷(5)、胡黄连苷A(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)、胡萝卜苷(8)。结论除化合物5和6外,其余6个化合物均为首次从胡黄连属植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To isolate and identify the compounds from the 95% EtOH extract of Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora.METHODS The compounds were isolated by the silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 columns and their structures were identified by the physical and chemical characters especially by the spectral analysis.RESULTS Eight compounds were obtained and identified as 11-O-(4′-O-methylgalloyl)-bergenin(1),11-O-galloylbergenin(2),bergenin(3),arbutin(4),androsin(5),scrophenoside A(6),β-sitosterol(7) and daucosterol(8).CONCLUSION Except compound 5 and 6,the others from Picrorhiza genus were obtained for the first time.
