| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肺泡蛋白沉着症影像学的表现,提高对本病的认识。方法回顾性分析3例经病理证实的肺泡蛋白沉着症X线和CT表现的特点。结果胸片主要为肺泡实变,显示两肺弥漫性斑片状影;CT既能显示肺泡实变又能显示间质异常,表现的特征是病变与正常肺组织分界清楚,病灶呈地图样分布。结论根据CT和HRCT的典型特征,结合病史,可以对肺泡蛋白沉着症作出可靠的诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the radiological characteristics of pulmonary alveolar proteinosis（PAP） , so as to improve the cognition of the disease. Methods X-ray and CT findings of 3 cases with pathology confirmed PAP were retrospectively analyzed. Results The chest X-ray revealed alveolar consolidation and diffused shadow appearance. CT can reveal pathological changes of pulmonary alveolar and pulmonary mesenchyma tissue,it revealed well-defined margins between the natural pulmonary and pathological tissue, and the patholngical tissue revealed the distributed geographieal appearance. Conclusions According to the typical characteristic of the CT and HRCT combined with disease history,it carl make a dependable diagnosis of pulmonary alveolar proteinosis. |
