泮托拉唑治疗125例消化性溃疡出血临床疗效观察

目的: 研究泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡出血的临床疗效.方法: 比较泮托拉唑与洛赛克(奥美拉唑)治疗消化性溃疡出血的止血有效率及不良反应.结果: 泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡出血的总有效率达96%,与洛赛克疗效(94.6%)持平;不良反应发生率4%,且表现轻微,不影响治疗.结论: 泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡出血临床疗效好,止血迅速,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical Effect of Pantoprazole Sodium Injection on Hemorrhage Due to Peptic Ulcer in 125 cases

Objective: To study clinical effect of pantoprazole on hemorrhage due to peptic ulcer. Method: The effective rate of hemostasia and adverse reaction of pantoprazole compared with losec in tceatment of hemorrhage due to peptic ulcer were observed.Result: The effective rate of pantoprazole used for hemostasia was 96%, which approximated that of omeprazole ( 94.6%);the incidence of pantoprazole's adverse reaction was 4%, its manifestation of adverse reaction was little, and the therapy did not be stopped.Conclusion: Pantoprazole sodium injection has excellent therapeutic effect on hemorrhage due to peptic ulcer, stopping bleeding quickly, no obvious adverse reactions were found, it was worth for extending the application.
