| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨鼻内镜下修补脑脊液鼻漏(CFR)的效果。方法:总结2003年4月-2008年8月以来18例脑脊液鼻漏患者在鼻内窥镜下修复,总结其术式及疗效。结果:对患者使用嵌塞法10例(鼻内镜下加鼻外额窦进路2例),铺盖法8例。18例患者一次性修复成功者16例(16/18),二次修复成功者2例(2/18)。结论:鼻内镜下修补脑脊液鼻漏修复成功率高,术式具有安全、微创、费用低、并发症少、无面部瘢痕、术后恢复快、保持嗅觉功能等特点,为CFR治疗的首选方式。
