急性脑型多发性硬化的病理与临床（附10例报告）

本文报告10例临床诊断为散发性脑炎，但经剖检证实为急性脑型多发性硬化(其中Balo氏病3例)。全组病例多起病急，病程短，首发症状以精神症状、意识障碍为突出表现，伴有尿失禁、抽搐、不同程度偏瘫或四肢瘫、肌张力增高及病理反射阳性。腰穿多正常或细胞数、蛋白轻度增加。脑电图多为限局性或弥慢性慢波。病理学检查表明，主要在脑室周围大脑白质呈多灶性髓鞘脱失改变。表文着重对急性脑型多发性硬化临床、病理特点进行了分析讨论。

Neuropathology and Clinical of the Acute Cerebral Type Multiple Sclerosis

In this paper we report a group of patients diagnosed sporadic encephalitis clinically,7 cases of them are confirmed Cerebral type multiple sclerosis and 3 Cases are documented Balo disease by autopsy.Presented with a characteristic clinical Picture of acute onset, apparent psychiatric symptoms and obvious disturbance of consciousness,accompanied by convulsion,incontinence of urine,muscular hypertonia of extremities and bilateral or unilateral positive Babinski's sign. The main pathological findings are many demyelinated foci in white matter.On this paper,the characters of pathology and clinic on cerebral type multiple sclerosis are stressed. The relationship between sporadic encephalitis and cerebral type multiple sclerosis is also discussed.
