我国1997—1999年眼外伤流行病学分析

1997－1999年全国眼病调查中发现,在所调查的10种眼病患者中,眼外伤所占的比例仅次于白内障（20．21％）和屈光眼疾（13．22％）,为9．44％,其中20－40岁之间为眼外伤发生高峰年龄组;男性患者所占的比例（75．56％）远高于女性;不同职业中眼球钝挫伤发生比例最高,为46．33％;其次是穿通伤,为14．73％。眼外伤的并发症中外伤性白内障发生率最高。在眼外伤防治工作中,应针对年龄、职业和眼外伤类型等情况采取相应的预防措施。

Epidemiological Analysis for the Ophthalmic Tramna in China from 1997 to 1999

Through the investigation and analysis on the 10 sorts eye disease in China from 1997 to 1999,the results from the study showed that the proportion of the ophthalmic trauma is 9.44% .higher than cataract (20.21%) and ametropia (13.22%), and that between 20 to 40 is the peak age group; the proportion of the male patient is much higher than that of the female; peasant and worker take the large proportion, the dull contuse of eyeball take the highest proportion of all genus ophthalmic trauma; in all deuteropathy of ophthalmic trauma, the incidence of the traumatic cataract is the highest, which suggests that in the work of the precautions and treatment of the ophthalmic trauma, we should adopt corresponding preventive measures according to age^careerNand the category of the ophthalmic trauma.
