颈清术在鼻咽癌放疗后颈淋巴结残留治疗中的应用

目的:探讨颈清术治疗鼻咽癌放疗后颈淋巴结残留的价值和疗效。方法:有选择地对16例鼻咽癌放疗后颈淋巴结残留的患者行颈清术。结果:术后3年及5年的生存率为44.4%(7/16)和25%(4/16),颈部复发率为31%(5/16)。死亡原因:原发灶复发和远处转移占死亡病因92.6%。结论:颈清扫术是治疗鼻咽癌放疗后颈淋巴结残留的有效方法,优于辅助性化疗和放疗,有利于提高患者的生存率及生活质量。

Neck dissection for the residual lymph node of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after rad iotherapy

Objective:To investigate the effect of surgical treatment of residual / recurrent cervical metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) after radiotherapy .Methods: Selectively give neck dissection to 16 neck residence patients of NPC after radiotherapy from 1988 to 2000. Results:The 3 year and 5 year survival rates of whole group were 44.4%(7/16) and25%(4/16) ,the neck recurrence was 31%(5/16), the main death reason was primary recurrence and matastasis (92.6%).Conclusions: Neck dissection is the effective method to cure neck residence of NPC after radiotherapy,prior to subsidiary chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
