| 摘 要： | 目的 :建立安降片中葛根素的含量测定方法。方法 :采用 C1 8柱 ,以乙醇 -水 (18∶ 82 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 5 0 nm。结果 :线性范围为 0 .0 17～ 0 .0 85 m g· m l- 1 ,本法回收率为 98.9% ,RSD为 1.6 3%。结论 :本法操作简便易行 ,可供安降片中葛根素的质量控制用

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To develop a HPLC method for the separation and determination of puerarin in Anjiang tablets.METHODS:The instrument was LC-10AT with a C 18 column(10 μm), the mobile phase was ethanol water(18∶82) and the UV detection wavelength was 250nm.RESULTS:The linear range is 0.017~0.085mg.ml -1 (r=0.999 9). The average recoveries and RSD were 98.9% and 1.63%.CONCLUSION:This method is simple and easy . It may be adopted for quality control of this drug. |
