直丝弓带环在方丝弓矫正技术中的临床应用

目的观察在方丝弓矫正技术中应用直丝弓带环的临床治疗效果。方法选择2组各18例患者分别使用直丝弓带环和方丝弓带环,均使用方丝弓托槽进行临床矫正。在矫治第2期末即精细调整前和固定矫治结束时测量第一磨牙中央窝与前磨牙颊尖延长线的距离并进行比较。结果矫治第2期末时方丝弓带环组测量值大于直丝弓带环组,磨牙偏于舌腭侧;固定矫治结束时两组差异无显著性。结论在方丝弓矫正技术中将带环替换为直丝弓带环,可以改善磨牙颊舌向位置增加磨牙支抗,关闭间隙时弓丝滑动更加容易。

Effects of straight-archwire band in edgewise appliance

Objective To compare the effects of edgewise band with those of straight archwire band in using edgewise appliance.Methods 36 patients were divided into two groups treated with edgewise band(group A) and straight archwire band(group B),respectively,for clinic orthodontics.The interval between the central fossa of the first molar and the extension line of the premolar buccal cusp at the end of the second stage and overall therapy in two groups were measured and compared.Results The interval in group B is longer than that in group A at the end of the second stage,but there is no significant difference at the end of overall therapy.Conclusions Using straight-archwire band in edgewise appliance can better buccolingual-side position and enhance the anchorage of the first molar.The archwire can slide more smoothly.
