| 摘 要： | 对80例病变长度超过8cm的中下段巨大食管癌行手术切除、淋巴结清扫、左颈部吻合术，术后辅以顾铂为主的化疗。结果全组无手术死亡及吻合口瘘发生，术后1年生存率82．5％(66／80)，2年生存率15．79％(12／76)。认为对巨大食管癌行手术切除辅以术后化疗，可缓解临床症状，恢复经口进食，提高其生活质量并延长生存期。

| Abstract: | patients with enormous esophageal carcinoma(length>8cm)were operated and 74 patients were assisted chemotherapy in postoperation .The result showed that no death was occured in all patients,the 1 and 2 years survival rates were 82.5%(66/80) and 15.79%(12/76)respectively.These suggest that operation combined postoperative chemotherapy for the enormous esophageal carcinoma can offer the advantages of relieving the clinical symptoms,recovering the ability of eating by mouth,improving the quality of life and prolonging the survival period of patient. |
