| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨健康教育对口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者生活质量的影响。方法:将42例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者随机分为干预组22例和对照组20例,两组均进行常规治疗和护理,干预组在此基础上进行健康教育干预。比较两组患者生活质量的情况。结果:干预组患者生活质量明显高于对照组(P0.01)。结论:对口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者进行健康教育,可提高口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者的心理健康水平和生活质量。

| Abstract: | 0bjective：To explore the influence of health education on quality of life in patients with nonnasality malignancy after operation.Methods：Forty-two cases were randomly divided into ;intervention group（n=22）and control group（n=20）.The patients in the control group only received routine treatment;patients in the intervention group received comprehensive and systematic health education based on routine treatment. Scores of quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with that of the control group,quality of life in the intervention group was raised obviously. Conclusion：Comprehensive and systematic health education can obviously raise quality of life in patients with nonnasality malignancy after operation. |
