非持续性室性心动过速50例分析

目的分析非持续性室性心动过速(NSVT)的发生、心电图特点及其与临床的关系。方法采用动态心电图监测技术,记录24h心电图,记录信息输入电脑分析并加以人工分析。结果50例NSVT中以冠心病为主,其次为高血压、心肌病等。共监测到NSVT164阵,其中1~2阵者36例,3~10阵者8例,11阵以上者6例。持续时间最长11s,最短1.5s。提前指数>1,易损指数<1。无R-on-T及室颤。44例发作于白天活动中,6例昼夜发作,8例NSVT发作后心电图T波变异。结论NSVT在无心功能不全的情况下,一般不引起心室颤动,其发生与心肌缺血及交感神经张力有关。临床症状取决于NSVT的频率、频度及持续时间的长短。

Clinical analysis of 50 cases of non-standing ventricle tachycardia

Objective To analyze the occurrence,ECG characteristics of non-standing ventricular tachycardia(NSVT) and its clinical significance.Methods Dynamic ECG monitoring technology was applied in recording of 24 h ECG and the recorded data in 50 patients was analyzed by both computer and handiwork.Results Among the 50 cases of NSVT,the coronary heart disease was present in a high percentage,and remaining were hypertension and myocardial disease in order.Totally 164 fronts of NSVT were observed,among which 36 cases were 1 ～2 fronts,8 cases 3 ～ 10 fron 6 cases above 11 fronts.The longest duration of NSVT was 11s,the shortest was 1.5 s.In all of 50 patients,the advance index >1,damage index < 1,and the R-on-T and ventricle trembling did not observated.The NSVT occurred in daytime in 44 patients,nighttime in 6 patients,and 8 patients had ECG T-wave variation after NSVT.Conclusion NSVT generally does not cause sudden death,and it is related to myocardial ischemia and sympathetic nerve tensility.The clinical symptoms depends on the frequency,occurrence times and duration of NSVT.
