宁波市海曙区社区卫生服务现况分析

目的通过调查社区六项卫生服务落实情况,为政策制定提供依据.方法收集宁波市海曙区7个社区卫生服务中心和10个社区卫生服务站常规工作报告、报表及一周工作服务内容、服务量等资料,并进行统计分析.结果各社区六项卫生服务功能得到落实,按照服务量顺序,依次为医疗服务、健康教育、保健、预防、计划生育、康复.结论海曙区7个社区卫生服务中心六项卫生服务功能得到了全面体现,但各个社区之间发展不平衡,社区康复工作仍处于较低水平.

Situation Analysis on Community Health Service in Haishu District of Ningbo City

Objective To offer evidence to constitute policy by surveying six functions of community health service. Methods The data of routine work reports, forms, service content and quantity in a week and so on in seven community health service centers and 10 stations of Haishu district was collected and analyzed. Results The six functions of community health service had been put into effect. According to the service quantity, they were medical treatment service, health education, health care, prevention, family planning, respectively. Conclusion These six functions in the seven community health service centers of Haishu district are embodied roundly, but the development of each community health service center is imbalance.
