| 摘 要： | 目的 制定不明原因昏迷患者抢救的临床路径，提高抢救成功率，加快患者在急诊的通过时间，降低医疗费用。方法 借鉴循证医学，运用统筹学等相关理论，设计、临床路径并实施于抢救护理中。结果 制定的临床路径缩短了患者在急诊停留时间，降低了医疗费用。结论 临床路径是符合急救护理特点的有效方法，充分听取医生的意见，路径内容具体、详细等是确保路径实施的关键。
