| 摘 要： | 用ＭＫ－８０１这种Ｎ－甲基－Ｄ－天门冬氨酸（Ｎ－ｍｅｃｈｙｌＤ－ａｓｐａｒｔａｔｅ，ＮＭＤＡ）受体拮抗剂对脑缺血再灌流大鼠进行治疗，观察其阻滞兴奋性氨基酸与突触后受体结合，从而保护脑线粒体的功效。观察提示，在脑缺血及再灌流期脑线粒体呼吸功能较假手术组有非常显著的降低，用ＭＫ－８０１治疗组的脑线粒体呼吸功能较未治疗组有非常明显的改善，为治疗缺血性脑损伤提供了新的途径。

| Abstract: | Rats after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion were treated with MK-801.It was found that MK-80l could block the combination of the excitatory amino acids with N-methyl-D-aspartate receptors and protect the respiratory capacity of the brain mitochondria.These findings suggest that the administration of MK-801 is able to improve the cerebral mitochondrial respiratory capacity. |
