| 摘 要： | 目的 :评价术前口服米非司酮在子宫内膜异位症手术治疗中的应用。方法 :回顾分析 3 3例子宫内膜异位症手术的患者 ,术前口服米非司酮与单手术的作对照 ,比较两组的手术时间、术中出血、术后体温恢复时间等。结果 :口服组手术时间缩短、出血少、体温恢复快。与对照组比较有显著差异。结论 :子宫内膜异位症手术前口服米非司酮效果优于直接手术组

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the value of mifepristone before surgery in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods:The management of cases reviewed retrospectively in our hospital from January 2000 to December 2002.33 cases mifepristone pre-surgery in the treatment of endometriosis were compared with 32 cases treated by direct surgery.Operating time,time returning to normal temperature ,blood lose were compared. Results:The operation after take mifepristone which made the operating time shorter and reduce blood lose and made temperature return to normal quickly.Conclusions:Mifepristone pre-surgery in treatment of endometriosis is superior to direct surgery. |
