| 摘 要： | 目的了解新生乙肝病毒携带与其ALT异常状况,为大学生乙肝防治工作提供科学依据。方法随机抽取某高校2005级-2007级3年的本科新生10912名及研究生新生1339名体检中HBsAg和ALT的结果进行统计分析。结果本科生的HBsAg阳性率2005级、2006级、2007级分别为13.1%、12.5%、9.3%,研究生分别为11.7%、11.6%、7.0%;2007级的HBsAg阳性率低于2005级和2006级;本科生2006级、2007级和研究生2006级HBsAg阳性率男生高于女生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论近3年来HBsAg阳性率呈逐年下降趋势,但大学生乙肝防治工作形势不容乐观,学校应加强此项工作。
