微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗输尿管上段结石

目的 评价微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗输尿管上段结石的疗效.方法 回顾性分析2003年10月～2005年10月采用微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗的53例输尿管上段结石患者的临床资料.结果 53例均为Ⅰ期取石,结石清除率为100%.平均手术时间40min,术后住院时间为5～12 d,平均7 d,未出现严重并发症.结论 微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗输尿管上段结石,尤其是巨大、肉芽包裹性结石具有快速、安全的结石清除效果,是一种高效的治疗手段.

Mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy in treatment of proximal ureteral calculi

Objective] To evaluate the efficacy of mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy (MPCNL) in treatment of proximal ureteral calculi. Methods] A retrospective anaylsis was done in 53 patients with proximal ureteral calculi accepted MPCNL from Oct. 2003 to Oct. 2005. Results] All the 53 (100%) were rendered stone-free at one-stage seesion. The average operation time was 40 minutes. The duration of hospitalization was 5~12 days with an average of 7 days. No major complications were observed. Conclusion] MPCNL is a highly efficient procedure and provides fast and safe stone removal in treatment of proximal ureteral calculi, especially large and impacted ureteral calculi.
