| 摘 要： | 目的：回顾性分析成人完全型直肠脱垂采用改良沈克菲手术的疗效。方法：对13例确诊为成人完全型直肠脱垂的患者采用改良沈克菲手术方法，并对远期疗效进行随访。结果：痊愈12例（12／13），显效（1／13），平均治愈时间10d。结论：改良的沈克菲手术是治疗成人完全型直肠脱垂较满意的术式，该术式不仅治疗直肠本身和冗长的乙状结肠，而且纠正了肠外因素，如盆底疝、子宫压迫等。无并发症、死亡，效果较满意。

| Abstract: | Objective :To analyse retrospectively the effects of the ameliorative Sheng operation for adult whole proctoptosis Methods:The aneliorative Sheng operation was performed on 13 patients with adult whole proctoptosis.The average 3 5 years postoperative follow-up was done.Results:12 cases were cured(12/13).one case was improved (1/13).The average time of restoration was 10 days.Conclusion:The ameliorative Sheng operation is a satisfactory procedure in treating adult whole proctoptosis.It does not only treat rectum and tedious sigmoid,but also rectify parenteral factors,such as pelvic floor hernia.uterine compression and so on. |
