| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨成人肾母细胞瘤的诊断与治疗.[方法]回顾性分析5例成人肾母细胞瘤的临床表现,分期,治疗及预后. [结果]5例患者按照美国国家肾母细胞瘤研究所(National Wilms Tumor Studay NWTS)分期:Ⅰ期1例,Ⅱ期2例,Ⅲ期0例,Ⅳ期2例.5例患者均接受肾癌根治切除手术并3例术后辅予放化疗,其中4例患者获得随访,时间2～6年,3例生存.[结论]成人肾母细胞瘤是一种极为罕见的恶性肿瘤,早期诊断,手术治疗并辅以放化疗能够提高治愈率改善预后.

| Abstract: | [Objective]To investigate the methods of diagnosis and treatment of adult Wilms' tumor.[Methods]Retrospective analysis of 5 cases of adult Wilms' tumor was conducted.[Results]According to National Wilms Tumor Studay(NWTS)staging,there were 1 case of stage I,2 cases of stage II,0 case of stage III,2 cases of stage IV.Nephrectomy was performed in all patients.3 patients received adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy after surgery.4 patients were followed up for 2-6 years,and 3 patients survived.[Conclusion]A... |
